Arrival in Thessaloniki. Transfer to the city. Start the panoramic sightseeing of the city: Via Egnatia, the harbor, the White Tower, Rotunda, Galerius Arch, Old City and castle,squares Aristotelus and church of St.Dimitrija the patron Saintof Thessaloniki.Transfer to hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, we will have a relax long distance drive going to Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. Border crossing between Greece and Macedonia. On the way to Skopje we will stop for lunch at one of the vinery with long tradition of producing the best wine in the Balkan region. Lunch with vine tasting. After lunch more than 1 hours’ drive will bring us to the National Capital of Macedonia – city of Skopje. After that we will take the cable car to mount Vodno to Millennium Cross to have most marvelous view of city of Skopje and Skopje valley. Dinner. Accommodation in the hotel. Overnight in Skopje.
Breakfast. This morning we have reserved for city tour of National Capitol of Macedonia – city of Skopje. Hear about Macedonia’s proud history and see its main sites. Walking through the old part of the town and visit one of the most beautiful church of St. Spas (St. Saviour) where the clients will admire the most beautiful piece of the wood carvings. Continuing thru old bazaar, visit the Museum of Macedonian history, the Millennium Cross, built to celebrate 2,000 years of Christianity, and cross the stone bridge to Macedonia Square to see the Statue of Alexander The Great. The walk will finish in front of the Memory House dedicated to one of the most know Humanitarian in the World - Mother Theresa who was born in city of Skopje. Lunch at the local restaurant. Free afternoon to enjoy the city walks. Dinner. Overnight in Skopje.
Breakfast. Departure from Skopje to the western part of Macedonia. Travel thru the National park of Mavrovo. Sightseeing of the nature, lakes, rivers that make so special the largest National Park in Macedonia. Visit to one of the most beautiful monastery in Macedonia which history started from 1020 with miracle icon of St. John the Baptist. Continue to village of Vevcni to see so called monument of Nature(Vevcani springs). Lunch at the local restaurant. After that we continue to village of Kalishta to see one of rear churches a cave church dating from 14th century. Continue to Ohrid. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Ohrid.
Breakfast. After breakfast we start the walking city tour to see the city. City that is called a Europian Jerusalem, a city that ones had 365 churches one for every day of the year. We will visit the Samuel fortress from the medieval King Samuel. We will also visit the church of St.Kliment a placewere the Slav literature was started and created. Place were was the first University in Europe. Walk thru town. Departure for Albania thru border crossing Qafasan. Passing thru Elbasan, Durres to Tirana. Sightseeing of Tirana. 7Day Budva-Kotor-Dubrovnik-Neum
Breakfast. Then we depart to see one of the most beautiful city listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site, the stunning Kotor on the northern part of the Montenegrin coastline. Fringed by mountains and nestled into the Bay of Kotor, the deepest natural fjord in the Mediterranean Sea. Protected by an impressive wall since the early Middle Ages, the city has one of the best preserved medieval Old Towns in the Adriatic. Your local guide will take you on a walk along its winding, cobblestone streets to marvel at the picturesque squares and Romanesque churches. Lunch. Departure for Dubrovnik. Arrival in Dubrovnik. City tour of Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik was once an independent maritime republic rivalling Venice. Enjoy a walking tour with a local guide and see the impressive ramparts, erected during the Crusades to protect the town against land attacks, and the Franciscan and Dominican monasteries. You will also visit the 15th century Rector’s Palace.Departure for Neum. Accomodation in hotel and dinner. Overnight in Neum.
Breakfast. Departure for Bosnia. Continue drive to Mostar, a city and municipality in Bosnia and Herzegovina region, inhabited by around 120.000 people. Mostar has long been known for its old Turkish houses and Old Bridge, Stari Most, after which the city is named. Admire the Old Bridge, the city’s symbol, ordered by Suleiman the Magnificent, the Ottoman ruler in 1566, replacing the older wooden bridge. Walk along the Former Front line, on Bulevar Revolucije. Here, in 1993 the city was divided between Croats on the West and Bosniaks on the Eastern side. It is a surreal and sobering experience to see the bombed out buildings which still stand in this area only 5 meters divided. Lunch in the local restaurant. Departure for Sarajevo. After breakfast at the hotel,we will start the sightseeing city tour of Sarajevo. This morning hear about the assassination of the Archduke of Austria in 1914, the recent Bosnia War, and see the main sights with a local guide. The Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, The Eternal Flame, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Latin Bridge, Avaz Twist Tower, Bijela Tabija and the Sarajevo Tunnel, built between 1992 and 1995 during the Bosnian War.
