The Central Pacific has many important national and private pristine green protected areas that provide sanctuary for many endangered species. The most well-known are Carara National Park and Manuel Antonio National Park, biological laboratories for nature lovers.  Manuel Antonio National Park, established in 1972, the smallest in Costa Rica with 1983 ha, was listed by Forbes among the world’s 12 most beautiful national parks, in 2011.

 A visit to a volcano is always thrilling. This excursion promises incredible views of the Arenal Volcano and exhilarating adventure activities.
For a bunch of stimulating moments, this itinerary also explores the exuberance of Manuel Antonio National Park.  A walking tour is the only way to truly experience the Park.  While walking, the park’s trails are likely to present various colorful and majestic birds, white-faced monkeys, two and three-toed sloth, coatis, pacas, brilliantly colored land crabs, a variety of multihued butterflies, and interesting insects.  
Sit serenely on the awesome, unspoiled beach at the Park, with the occasional visits from curious “iguanas.”

DAY 1 No meals included Assistance at the Juan Santamaria International Airport and immigration procedures. Transfer to your hotel for check-in. Time at leisure. The capital city, San José, lies at an altitude of 1,170 meters above sea level and is located in the central valley which is surrounded by beautiful mountains and majestic volcanoes. San Jose is the business center of the country and has the largest population concentration.  Overnight at selected hotel.

DAY 2 Breakfast included Transfer from San Jose the town of Fortuna de San Carlos (Arenal) on board your selected transportation.  Just for you: the magnificent rural landscape and the simplicity and kindness of our people.  Fortuna is literally the entrance to the Arenal volcano and offers great views of the impressive giant.  Overnight at selected hotel.

DAY 3 Breakfast included  Day at leisure to wonder at the natural surroundings of the rainforest and the volcano. Overnight at selected hotel.

DAY 4 Breakfast included Transfer from Fortuna de San Carlos to Manuel Antonio, Quepos on board the selected transportation. Situated on the Pacific Coast, Manuel Antonio is one of the most beautiful and popular areas in the country.  This magnificent area comprises Manuel Antonio national Park with its vast panorama of exotic wildlife and pristine beaches. Overnight at selected hotel.
