Landmarks of Nicaragua León – Matagalpa –Masaya – Granada – San Juan del Sur 8 Days/ 7 Nights

Day 1: Managua – International Airport.  
After arriving at the International Airport you will be welcomed by our tour guide who will take you to your hotel in Managua.
Overnight at Hotel Los Robles

Day 2: León  
After your breakfast you will be lead to the city of León where you will explore the city that boasts the largest church in Central America, and you will take a tour of the city visiting the most emblematic monuments such as the Cathedral, the Art Gallery Ortiz Gurdián, and the Birth House of the greatest Nicaraguan poet Rubén Darío.

Day 3: León – Matagalpa.  
This morning you will learn about The World’s Best Rum made in Nicaragua around the Flor de Caña tour where you’ll be shown the history, process and taste of the Rum. Then you will head straight to Selva Negra Ecolodge and Coffee Estate where you will explore the wildlife, the Coffee Route, or simply you can relax in a romantic getaway. You will take a tour around the trails inside the natural reserve at the hotel property, and also around the coffee plantations to learn more about this interesting activity.  You also will see the beautiful birds, monkeys, squirrels, sloths and more around the farm.
Overnight at Selva Negra Montain Hotel.

Day 4: Matagalpa – Masaya Volcano – Catarina – Granada.
You can spend the morning around the trails, the farm or horseback riding in Selva Negra. Then you will go the surrounding area of Masaya in a day trip visiting Masaya Volcano National Park, the most active volcano in the country. You will have time to shop in the handcrafts market in Masaya and finally enjoy the gorgeous view of Apoyo Lagoon at Catarina viewpoint. Then you will stay at Granada city. |(B)
Overnight at Hotel Darío

Day 5: Granada.
After breakfast you’ll start the day doing a city tour visiting the landmarks of Granada such as the central park, the cathedral, San Francisco Museum, the Old rail station, the Chocolate Museum, and Elba Cigars Factory. You’ll take a transfer from your hotel in Granada to the local Port, located just five minutes away from the city to enjoy a boat ride to the privacy and luxury of one of the best Granada Islets. |(B) (D)
Overnight at Jicaro Island Ecolodge

Day 6: San Juan del Sur
After lunch you will go to the southern of Nicaragua to visit San Juan del Sur a small fishers town fulfilled of kind people, you will go upstairs where El Cristo de la Misericordia statue and viewpoint is to admire the view of the Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Then we will take you to the town to visit the central park and the church. After this visit you will enjoy a lush jungle, Morgan’s Rock. This is a protected natural reserve located 35 minutes away from San Juan del Sur. You’ll experience the wilds of nature, seaside serenity, cultural connections, exciting excursions and time spent in barefoot luxury that you'll never forget.

Day 7: San Juan Del Sur
Because we know that one day is not enough. You can choose from many of the activities like yoga, getting to know the locals, volunteer work, nature hikes, horseback riding, surfing, massage, fishing, fine dining or just relaxing in a beautiful place far from home (or all of the above! |(B)
Day 8: San Juan del Sur – International Airport
Your private transfer will take you to the International Airport in Managua to find your way back home.
